"Dear Mr. XYZ , Welcome to this year's personnel ball and thanks for joining us"
I am the MC of this year's party and I thought it would be a nice touch to greet our foreign employees in their own languages Smile

"Caro Signor XYZ,(signorA for women) benvenuto (benvenutA for women) a questo annuale ballo del personale, e grazie per essere venuto (venutA for the women)
Io sono il MC (what is?) delle feste di quest’anno e ho pensato che sarebbe stato carino salutare i nostri impiegati all’estero (if they live abroad you can use "all’estero" but if they live there you can use "esteri") nella loro propria lingua."
