I’m italian. If you think that Italian’s easy just ’cause is similar to Spanish you’re already starting bad. It’s just the stereotype, Italian and Spanish aren’t really that similar. Anyway I can tell you Italian is a pretty hard language to learn but not impossible. Cheers and good luck.

I’m a Native Spanish speaker trying to learn Italian, and I gotta tell you that it’s not easy. However, Italian speakers seem to have an easier time learning Spanish and I don’t know why.
Yes it would make a HUGE difference, considering their both romance languages and derive from the same thing. Italian is actually rated a really easy language to learn out of all the romance languages. Here’s a link to a website I look at all the time to help you out
