My Italian is at the point where I know a good amount and I'm capable of having a casual conversation with someone. I may take some to think for certain complicated sentences, but I usually do fine. I might also make small errors because I get nervous when speaking to other Italians lol (I'm afraid I might mess up when speaking to them and embarrass myself) These errors include maybe saying "La lingua è bello" (instead of bella). Anyway, is there any place online where I can talk to someone in Italian and practice my speaking with them for free? Rosetta Stone and other sources are helping me learn, but I really think the best way is to speak the language with someone and immerse myself in it. Also, when I learn online everything is very formal, when I hear actual Italians speak in my family, they use a lot of expressions, sayings and even some slang I'm not familiar with because they don't teach you that. Can anyone help me out?

if i learnt a few italian words every day from today til the end of 2010.
