I have already checked the online translation pages but they all say different things. Is anyone a native Italian speaker that could translate that phrase for me please?

The first translation is better.
I think this sentence practically means that you always have to watch what happens around you (with your eyes), you have to be ready to meet new people and fall in love (with your heart) and you have to hug people you love (haha ok this might be stupid, but I suppose this is the meaning)
